- Manufacturers in the range include Thermo Scientific, Sigma-Aldrich, Bio-Rad, Axygen, 3M and Ansell. We buy only from their authorised UK and EU distributors, never from open marketplaces, so every line is traceable to its manufacturer and arrives with the manufacturer's own documentation.
- Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
- Yes. Quantity moves the price; tell us the annual volume and we will quote the band.
- Are your products certified and authentic?
- We buy only from the authorised UK and EU distributors of the manufacturers your protocols name, never from open marketplaces, so every item is traceable to its manufacturer. Certificates of analysis, safety data sheets and batch documentation travel with the consignment where the manufacturer issues them, and we tell you before you order if a document cannot be supplied for an item.
- How do I track my order?
- Once your order is dispatched you receive the carrier reference by email, and you can follow the consignment on this site with your order reference. Updates are recorded at each stage: processing, dispatched, in transit, customs clearance and delivery.
- What if a product arrives damaged?
- Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs. Insurance cover is agreed on the quotation, and it says there what happens if something arrives broken.
- Can I return or exchange products?
- Consumables cannot normally be returned once they have left the UK. Defective items are replaced; tell us before the goods are used.
